A very good note-to-self advice from Ira Glass for those of you who is in the journey of making something awesome. Sometimes a little advice is needed for us to keep going with all of our hearts and just do it for the sake of our passion.

I am not an expert or anything, but i realized that by keep doing what you love every day, you’ll get better. You just know that you are. You don’t need to show the world that you’re getting better, you need to show yourself that you’re getting there. So whatever you do, and if you do it with all your heart, keep going. Enjoy the process, the rise and fall.
